Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking information when your order has shipped.
Shipping Insurance & Packaging

All shipments include tracking and insurance for the full value of your jewelry.

Each item is carefully packaged and protected for safe transit.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package is delayed, please allow an additional 2–3 business days before contacting us. Occasionally, shipping carriers experience delays beyond our control.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please email us at finesolutionsenterprise@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery. Include your order number and photos (if applicable), and we will begin a claim process with the carrier.

We are not responsible for packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier. Please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.
Order Changes & Address Updates

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they’ve been shipped.
