Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking information when your order has shipped.

Shipping Insurance & Packaging

  • All shipments include tracking and insurance for the full value of your jewelry.

  • Each item is carefully packaged and protected for safe transit.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package is delayed, please allow an additional 2–3 business days before contacting us. Occasionally, shipping carriers experience delays beyond our control.

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please email us at finesolutionsenterprise@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery. Include your order number and photos (if applicable), and we will begin a claim process with the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier. Please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.

Order Changes & Address Updates

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they’ve been shipped.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect addresses
