Shipping

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking information once it has shipped.

Insurance & Packaging

Every shipment includes full insurance and tracking for the complete value of your jewelry. Each piece is carefully packaged and protected for safe transit.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is delayed, please allow an additional 2–3 business days before reaching out. Shipping carriers occasionally experience delays beyond our control.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please email us at finesolutionsenterprise@gmail.com within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos if applicable, and we will begin a claim process with the carrier.

We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. Please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.

Order Changes

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have shipped. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.


Returns

We want you to love your piece. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original, unworn, and undamaged condition
  • Returned within 7 days of delivery

Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee covers the cost of inspection, cleaning, and repackaging of fine jewelry to ensure every customer receives a piece in perfect condition.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at Operations@finesolutionsenterprise.com within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be applied to your original payment method, minus the restocking fee.


Exchanges

We're happy to exchange your item for a different size or style within 7 days of delivery. The same conditions apply: items must be in original, unworn, and undamaged condition.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you'd like is out of stock, we will issue a store credit for the full value of your original purchase.

To request an exchange, email us at Operations@finesolutionsenterprise.com with your order number and the item you'd like instead.
