Order Processing
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking information when your order has shipped.
Shipping Insurance & Packaging
All shipments include tracking and insurance for the full value of your jewelry.
Each item is carefully packaged and protected for safe transit.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your package is delayed, please allow an additional 2–3 business days before contacting us. Occasionally, shipping carriers experience delays beyond our control.
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please email us at finesolutionsenterprise@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery. Include your order number and photos (if applicable), and we will begin a claim process with the carrier.
We are not responsible for packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier. Please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.
Order Changes & Address Updates
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they’ve been shipped.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect addresses
Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, we offer exchanges within 7 days of purchase.
Conditions for Exchange:
Items must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition.
The exchange must be initiated within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all exchanges.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will offer a store credit of equal value minus a 20% restocking fee.
Please note, we do not offer refunds. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase, and we will guide you through the process.
